Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Role Description: In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions within Totomi.   1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance, support, and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and providing feedback to foster employee growth and development.
  4. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with managers to create development plans that enhance employee capabilities and promote career advancement.
  5. Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and proactively update HR policies and procedures as needed.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
