Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Role Description: In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions within Totomi. Your primary focus will be on supporting the company's employees, ensuring a positive work environment, and driving HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance, support, and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and providing feedback to foster employee growth and development.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with managers to create development plans that enhance employee capabilities and promote career advancement.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and proactively update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, insurance, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, improve employee morale, and enhance employee engagement.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee data, and generate reports as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
